Refund and Return Policy
1. Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@Elitecarlifts.com.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
